OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

When it comes to a trusted recruitment process, our process identifies the jobs vacancy, analyses the job requirements, review applications by proper and accurate screening, shortlisting, and selecting the right candidate to fit your organisation. In addition, these practices also ensure consistency and compliance in the recruitment process. By this we follow the full 360 recruitment operation where a recruiter/hiring manager is responsible for the entire hiring process, from beginning to end. We handled job posting, applicant screening, phone calls, interviews, and placement for all the different vacancies of the company.

OUR FEE STRUCTURE

Our placement fee is 12% across the board, based on the annual salary of the candidate. Our guaranteed period is 3 months.

If the candidate leaves his/her employer, then the client will receive.

  • First month 50%
  • Second month 25%
  • Third month 15%

This only applies should the client NOT request a replacement.

PAYMENT TERMS

Please kindly make payment within one business day of candidate’s employment start date with the client. Should you make payment after 7 days, my guaranteed period falls away.
